BOOM MOWER


Tifermec Hydraulic Boom Mower is an advanced equipment for grass mowing, hedge and bush crushing. It gives a perfect maintenance of road edges as well as river and channel banks.

It can fit any tractor by 3-point hitch and in addition by optional quick coupling stiffenig stretchers. Full hydraulic operation, with high efficiency pumps and engines, which control arm motion and head rotor rotation independently.

 

The boom mover is provided with a distributor having remote controls inside the tractor cab, which allows the operator both to control the machinery operation and to check the road from the tractor seat.

All Tifermec boom mower types are provided with hydraulic safety device, which makes arm-head assembly turn by 90 degrees behind the tractor, in cas an obstcle is found during operation, thus preventing any damage of the machinery.For the P Series the reset to the working position is automatic.

The cutting heads are provided with a cast-iron hydraulique engine having reversible rotation, front guard with chains and floating self-levelling system to the ground.
